Join Kate Sheldrick and Ian Knauer for an interactive tasting of Pennsylvania-made beers and sausages in the first of our EAT & DRINK LOCAL series. You’ll explore a flight of five craft brews, each thoughtfully paired with a locally made sausage or pâté—some from our kitchen, some from neighboring farms.
After a flight of beers and sausages we will finish the evening with a family style meal featuring the all the meats and beers PLUS vegetable side dishes from Roots to River Farm.
