Italian Techniques Class 3 - July 7th, 6pm

In our Italian Techniques of Cooking course we cover the basics (and some not-so-basics) of Italian cuisine. From pasta making, sauce preparation, and fresh cheese making using the freshest seasonal produce. Meets on Friday's throughout the summer at 6pm.
